We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner Manager to join a dynamic HR leadership team supporting executive business leaders within a large, enterprise organization. What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to executive leaders on all aspects of human resources.
- Consult with business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and change management.
- Lead employee relations matters, assess organizational risk, and provide sound HR guidance.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to develop and implement enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
- Facilitate annual performance management, talent reviews, and leadership development processes.
- Support organizational restructures, compensation initiatives, and workforce planning efforts.
- Analyze workforce data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend strategic solutions.
- Mentor HR team members and provide leadership to 1–2 direct reports.
- Participate in enterprise HR projects and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of progressive Human Resources Business Partner experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams.
- Demonstrated experience with:

- Performance & Talent Management
- Strong consulting, influencing, coaching, and executive communication skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships quickly and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
- Experience supporting C-suite or senior executives.
- PHR or SPHR certification.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
