The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with leaders and employees across the organization to provide strategic guidance, strengthen HR programs, and support initiatives that foster engagement, growth, and organizational success.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with leaders across assigned business areas to understand priorities, anticipate needs, and deliver effective HR solutions.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, performance concerns, and workplace challenges.
- Coach managers through employee development, performance conversations, career growth, and organizational changes.
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leaders on HR policies, programs, and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional partners on initiatives involving talent development, workforce planning, succession planning, and engagement.
- Support recruiting efforts, onboarding, employee programs, training initiatives, and other key HR processes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance HR operations, improve employee experiences, and strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organization while balancing employee needs with business objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience supporting employee relations, performance management, organizational development, compliance, compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition.
- Strong ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels.
- Experience handling complex employee matters, including investigations and employment-related issues.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment and travel as needed to support organizational locations.
