Role Description
This full-time remote Recruiter role is responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition to support Recharge City’s growth in the sharing economy sector. The Recruiter will source, engage, and screen candidates through various online platforms, job boards, social networks, and referrals. Day-to-day activities include conducting interviews, coordinating selection processes with hiring managers, and maintaining clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring cycle. The role also involves creating job postings, refining recruitment strategies, and maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system. The Recruiter will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, support a positive candidate experience, and contribute to building an inclusive, high-performing team.
Qualifications
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Strong skills in online sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and basic HR documentation and processes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present opportunities and company values effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, including managing multiple open roles and deadlines.
- Prior experience recruiting for startups, tech, or sharing economy businesses is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
