We are looking for a Marketing Manager for the Benelux region. This is not a typical marketing role. This is a high-ownership position where you will drive real business impact in the Benelux, working closely with Sales and senior stakeholders. You won’t just execute campaigns—you will own outcomes. What you’ll do
- Own and execute the Benelux marketing strategy with a clear focus on pipeline and revenue impact
- Act as a true partner to Sales: align, challenge, and drive results together
- Develop and execute campaigns (including ABM) that convert into measurable business outcomes
- Collaborate with central marketing teams (product, digital, brand) across Europe
- Build strong relationships with partners, resellers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure high-quality execution across campaigns, events, and customer journeys
- Manage budget, KPIs, and performance reporting

Who you are (experience & skills)
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B marketing (SaaS/Tech preferred)
- Strong in campaign execution, demand generation, and funnel thinking
- Data-driven, structured, and results-oriented
- Comfortable operating independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders
- Hands-on yet strategic; able to switch between execution and planning
- Native Dutch, fluent in English
