Our client is seeking an experienced Director of Human Resources to join the Executive Leadership Team at a luxury independent hotel in Los Angeles. Reporting directly to the General Manager, with a dotted-line relationship to ownership, this leader will oversee all aspects of the Human Resources function while serving as a strategic business partner to hotel leadership.
This role requires an accomplished hospitality HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a proven track record of leading organizational change, developing high-performing teams, and fostering a strong, engaging culture.
