We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the business and work closely with the founder.
This role is critical to keeping the business running efficiently — managing schedules, coordinating tasks, and ensuring priorities are executed smoothly. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and organized work environmentManage calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the CEOAssist with travel planning, itineraries, and logisticsPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and notes as neededSupport day-to-day administrative and operational tasks across the businessCoordinate internal communication and follow-ups across teamsAssist with organizing documents, files, and internal systemsAssist with ad hoc projects across marketing, product development, and operationsTrack tasks, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely executionHelp prepare presentations, reports, and internal documentsHandle shipping, receiving, and sample coordinationAssist with inventory tracking and supply managementFollow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure tasks are completedMaintain organized records of ongoing projects and prioritiesAssist with planning and execution of events, pop-ups, and brand activationsCoordinate materials, product, and logistics for events
Who You Are:
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or support roleHighly organized with strong attention to detailStrong communicator with excellent written and verbal skillsProactive and resourceful — able to anticipate needs and solve problemsComfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPositive, professional, and team-oriented

Pay: $20-$23
