Sitly is on a mission to make childcare accessible and convenient for families everywhere. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in helping us scale our user acquisition engine across Spain, Brazil and Italy. From Google Ads to Meta campaigns, you’ll own and operate our paid acquisition machine driving performance through experimentation, strategic insight, and executional excellence.
You'll bring an AI-native mindset to everything you do, from creative testing to budget analysis, using AI tools such as claude code to move faster and see further than traditional approaches allow.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape our digital strategy and the support of a collaborative growth team, including content, design, and analytics.

Responsibilities
- Budget & Performance Management: Own campaign budgets across markets to ensure monthly spend aligns with targets while maintaining CPA and ROAS goals.
- Channel Optimization: Manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns across paid search and paid social (e.g., Google, Meta, TikTok).
- Use AI Tools as a daily multiplier: Writing automation scripts to reduce manual reporting overhead, creating tools to accelerate creative iteration, or developing dashboards to gain better campaign insights, and building new workflows.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with our Creative Coordinator to test and iterate on social ad creatives. Provide direction and feedback to improve engagement and conversions. Editing and optimising creatives using tools like CapCut & Canva.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and run tests across ad creatives, bidding strategies, and audience segments to continuously improve campaign performance. Work with Website Manager to run A/B tests on paid landing pages.
- Insights & Reporting: Analyse campaign performance via Google Analytics and our internal reporting dashboards. Translate data into actionable insights and strategy shifts.
- Market Trends: Stay on top of industry and platform trends, competitor movements, and algorithm changes to identify new growth opportunities.
About you
Must-haves:
- 2+ years of experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Proven ability to manage performance marketing budgets at scale.
- Strong analytical skills - comfortable in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and campaign dashboards.
- Experience developing hypotheses and running structured A/B tests.
- Fluent in English (this is the working language of the company), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-focused.
- A demonstrated habit of using AI tools in your performance marketing work, a recurring use that has changed how you work.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in marketplace or B2C growth environments.
- Background working across multiple international markets.
- Any of the following languages: Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, German.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads, Pinterest, or other emerging platforms.
- Experience using tools like Supermetrics, Looker Studio, or internal BI dashboards.
- Experience with App Campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads)
