About the Role:
The EMEA Regional Campaign Manager will own and lead tier 1 campaign strategies for JBL across all categories. This person combines big-picture thinking with hands-on execution and acts as the central campaign lead across functions and markets. In this role, you'll own and orchestrate multi-channel, full-funnel campaigns that drive product adoption, consumer demand, and marketing impact across key markets. The role will also ensure strong brand stewardship, safeguarding adherence to guidelines and consistent communications across all consumer touchpoints.
This is a key position within the Brand Activation Team. You will work closely with peers in the marketing organization, external agencies and commercial teams.
This position has no direct reports and reports into Events, Culture and Partnerships Manager.
What You Will Do:
Campaign Strategy & Leadership
- Own the strategy and end-to-end execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with regional business goals to drive new customer acquisition, increase (up)sells opportunities, strengthen brand perception, and accelerate product adoption. Define the overarching strategic direction for all campaigns, including clear objectives, KPIs, and success frameworks.
- Lead campaign briefing and official kick-offs, ensuring all channel teams are aligned on a unified vision and execution plan.
Campaign Operations & Delivery
- Own end-to-end campaign operations, including timelines, governance, master checklists, and key deliverables.
- Proactively manage timelines, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure seamless delivery across all workstreams.
- Lead regional status meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and maintain alignment.
Campaign Governance & Processes
- Own and continuously improve the campaign briefing framework, campaign documentation, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure structured and consistent execution across Tier 1 priority campaigns.
- Define KPI frameworks and establish tracking and reporting standards across the region.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Act as the central point of coordination across marketing channels and broader teams (including GTM), ensuring aligned and effective execution.
Customer Journey & Lifecycle Optimization
- Design and optimize full-funnel customer journeys and lifecycle programs, delivering cohesive experiences that increase customer lifetime value.
Strategic Campaign Development
- Develop and execute migration and competitive campaigns in collaboration with regional stakeholders.
- Share insights, learnings, and best practices to strengthen alignment between global and regional teams.
Creative & Brand Excellence
- Ensure all campaign assets are high-impact and fully aligned with brand guidelines prior to launch.
Performance & Measurement
- Track, analyze, and interpret full-funnel campaign performance, integrating channel and regional insights into a holistic view of effectiveness.
- Define and implement a comprehensive measurement framework that goes beyond channel-level metrics, focusing on overall campaign impact and business outcomes.
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree required. 5+ years of B2B2C marketing experience.
- Experience leading high-impact, large-scale campaign launches (e.g. product, seasonal, or cultural campaigns). Proven experience owning and leading end-to-end, multi-market campaigns across strategy, execution, and optimization. Strong experience leading integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Experienced in coordinating global / regional marketing efforts, aligning central strategy with regional execution.
- Data-driven, with experience analyzing KPIs and running A/B tests to improve performance. Skilled in applying market, audience, and competitive insights to refine targeting and messaging
- Collaborative mindset, working effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong campaign orchestration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams without line management/authority.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams, timelines, and deliverables across complex campaign environments.
