About Van Driel Capital
Van Driel Capital helps consumer brands prepare for and navigate the high-stakes world of business exits. We handle the entire exit and fundraising process for businesses worldwide, connecting them with institutional buyers and ensuring they're positioned for premium valuations.
We are not a typical M&A firm.
We are agile, fast-paced, asymmetric in our thinking and we use AI to disrupt a market that has run the same way for decades.
Take part in our mission to help founder-operated businesses maximize the value of their business and achieve successful exit in the fast-moving world of M&A.
What You Will Do
As our M&A Intern, you will work alongside me on active deals and support the full transaction lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Deal support: Assist across live sell-side and fundraising mandates, from preparation through to close.
- Inbound and outbound: Manage buyer and investor outreach, qualify inbound interest, and maintain structured target lists.
- Transaction materials: Build and structure teasers, information memoranda, financial models, and data rooms.
- Presentations: Create investor and client decks to an institutional standard.
- Live calls: Join calls with founders, buyers, and investors, and prepare the supporting briefs and follow-ups.
- Research and analysis: Conduct market mapping, valuation comparables, and buyer and investor due diligence.
- Process management: Maintain deal trackers, conditions precedent checklists, and pipeline reporting.
You will be given real responsibility from the start. The work is varied, fast-moving, and tied directly to outcomes.
