We are supporting a leading global infrastructure investment firm in the search for a Finance Analyst to join its Finance & Operations team in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for external accounting service providers, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of output
- Review journals, ledger postings, reconciliations, and financial data
- Support the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Review and validate employee expenses in line with company policies
- Assist with preparation of management accounts and statutory financial statement
- Support regulatory compliance activities, including monitoring capital and liquidity requirements and assisting with filings (e.g. FCA, CSS)
- Coordinate audit deliverables, ensuring appropriate documentation and timely responses to auditors
- Provide financial insight and updates to internal stakeholders, highlighting risks or discrepancies
- Contribute to process improvements across finance operations and internal controls
- Assist with treasury-related activities, including cash flow monitoring and funding coordination
Experience & Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in accounting or finance, ideally within financial or professional services
- Solid understanding of core accounting principles, including journals, accruals, and prepayments
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience working with ERP systems such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
- Familiarity with reviewing balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
- Knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and/or IFRS, with exposure to statutory reporting requirements
