To strengthen our Finance Team, we are looking for a Junior Financial Accountant

What you will do
In this role, you’ll be involved in the full finance cycle and work closely with an experienced team:
- Maintain the general ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for two entities
- Process invoices, customer receipts and supplier payments
- Prepare and send licence fee and event invoices to SPAR partners
- Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding balances
- Handle differences in payments and support reconciliations
- Support the monthly closing process and audit activities
- Help improve processes and make our finance operations more efficient
- Contribute to ad hoc projects across the finance team
You’ll also:
- Reconcile intercompany balances
- Maintain accurate master data
- Support the business with ad hoc questions and analyses
What you bring
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, or MBO-4 with relevant experience
- 0–3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English
- A structured and accurate way of working, with a proactive mindset
- Good Excel skills and an interest in working with data (ERP experience is a plus)
