Executive Assistant
Private Equity firm is currently seeking an energetic, positive, solutions-oriented professional to fill our need for an Executive Assistant in our New York Office. You will be part of a dynamic Executive Assistant team, where you will leverage your experience and proactive approach to provide exceptional administrative support to multiple senior executives across our investment team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, where attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics are essential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to a range of executives including calendar management, travel coordination, and various administrative tasks.
- Manage complex calendars daily with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to anticipate and address potential conflicts.
- Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including complex trip itineraries, private and commercial flights, and all associated logistics.
- Manage highly confidential information related to deals and other sensitive matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications Include:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant for a minimum of 3 years, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate with co-workers to best suit the needs of the firm
- Demonstrates flexibility to maneuver through multiple deliverables with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
