About BUZZ
BUZZ is a fast-growing power bank sharing network with an app + Tap-to-Rent POS technology.
Guests can rent a power bank in bars, restaurants, malls, airports, and venues — and return it at any BUZZ station across the country.
We are scaling aggressively across cities and markets, building a nationwide infrastructure product with strong unit economics and clear expansion playbooks.
To support this growth, we are looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can turn strategy into execution and numbers.
Role Mission
Build and continuously improve a measurable, conversion-driven marketing system that feeds sales and regional teams with high-quality leads, clear materials, and predictable funnel performance.
This role is not about branding for branding’s sake.
It is about funnels, leads, conversion, analytics, and execution.
What You Will Do
1. Funnel setup & optimization
Design, launch, and optimize marketing funnels:
first contact → qualified lead
lead → meeting
meeting → deal / pilot
deal → first rental
Identify bottlenecks and systematically improve conversion rates at each stage.
2. Lead generation & quality management
Generate a stable flow of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) for:
sales teams
partnerships
regional launches
Test channels, messages, and formats to improve lead quality, not just volume.
Work closely with sales to align lead qualification criteria.
3. Sales enablement & materials
Prepare and maintain marketing assets required for commercial teams:
- pitch decks and presentations
- one-pagers and sales materials
- landing pages and email templates
- regional promo kits
Ensure materials are practical, up-to-date, and easy to use in real sales conversations.
4. Regional & country initiatives
Launch and support local marketing initiatives for cities and countries:
- campaigns for new regions
- materials for venues and partners
- localized messaging and formats
Coordinate execution and track results with regional stakeholders.
5. Analytics & data quality
Ensure correct tracking of lead sources and funnel stages.
Maintain clean and structured data in CRM and reporting tools.
Prepare regular reports on:
- lead volume and quality
- funnel conversion rates
- channel and campaign effectiveness
- Area of Responsibility
Stable flow of marketing-qualified leads for the commercial team.
Continuous improvement of funnel conversion and speed.
Ready-to-use marketing materials for regions and countries.
Transparent, actionable marketing analytics for management.
What This Role Is Not
Full ownership of company-level marketing budget.
Closing deals or running negotiations with key partners.
You support sales - you do not replace it.
Key Performance Indicators (3 KPIs)
- MQL volume & quality
- Number of marketing-qualified leads per month
- Share of leads progressing to meetings or commercial discussions
- Funnel efficiency
- Conversion rates between key funnel stages
- Average time from first contact to lead qualification
- Regional initiatives impact
- Number of launched initiatives delivered on time
- Measurable outcomes (leads, meetings, conversions), agreed with the manager
Expected Outcome
Sales teams receive a predictable flow of high-quality leads and clear materials.
Marketing funnels become measurable and more predictable over time.
Regions regularly receive ready-to-launch initiatives and tools.
Leadership clearly sees what works, what doesn’t, and why.
Who We Are Looking For
Experience
2+ years in performance-oriented marketing, growth, or demand generation.
Hands-on experience with funnels, lead generation, and analytics.
Strong understanding of B2B or hybrid B2B2C marketing mechanics.
Skills & Mindset
Execution-focused: you turn ideas into working systems.
Data-driven: you think in metrics, not opinions.
Structured and organized: funnels, reports, and materials are always clean.
Comfortable working in a fast-scaling startup environment.
What We Offer
A key execution role in a rapidly scaling infrastructure tech business.
Direct impact on revenue, expansion, and market growth.
Close collaboration with CMO, sales, and leadership — fast decisions, no bureaucracy.
Competitive compensation aligned with experience and performance.
