This high-impact B2B marketing role focused on turning attention into qualified pipeline through a mix of digital demand generation and high-touch engagement.
You will run campaigns on LinkedIn, email, and webinars targeting Customer Service, Operations, and HR leaders in the Dutch market, alongside account-based programs that cold outreach can't reach. Content, case studies, and founder-led storytelling further shape market perception and support conversion through the funnel.

What you bring
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on lead generation and pipeline impact
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment where marketing infrastructure is built, not inherited
- Familiarity with the Dutch B2B market
- Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or similar tools
- Data-driven mindset with focus on MQLs and funnel optimisation
