With a team of 40+ across tech, operations, marketing, and sales, we are looking for a Content & Brand Marketing Manager to own and scale our content and brand engine.

Description
As Content & Brand Marketing Manager at Shoparize, you will own content strategy, brand expression, sales enablement, and event activation. Reporting to our CMO, you decide what to produce, for whom, through which channel, and why.
The role spans strategy and execution. You are a strong enough writer to produce high-quality B2B copy yourself, and commercially sharp enough to understand which format serves which business goal and which buyer persona at which stage. You build the content and brand machine, you run it, and you show results.
Role
Responsibilities
- Own content strategy: assess which formats and channels drive commercial return, and allocate effort accordingly
- Produce and commission content across formats, including articles, case studies, guides, email sequences, video, and social content
- Create sales enablement materials that help commercial teams accelerate deals: case studies, competitive comparisons, pitch decks, objection-handling content
- Activate the Shoparize brand at industry events across Europe: define the commercial narrative, produce collateral, and drive post-event follow-up
- Apply and guard the Shoparize tone of voice, messaging architecture, and proof point discipline across all channels
- Adapt content for local European markets in collaboration with commercial teams
- Manage freelance writers, translators, and external contributors to the same standard
- Continuously track content performance against commercial outcomes
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in B2B content marketing, with demonstrable experience creating content that contributed to commercial outcomes
- Experience in or adjacent to e-commerce, performance marketing, adtech, or marketplace/platform B2B
- Native or near-native English writing proficiency
- Experience creating sales enablement materials for a channel or partner-driven sales model
- Structured, ownership-driven, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a small team
- Fluent in English (writing-level); Dutch or German is a strong plus
Nice to have
- Experience owning or co-owning the content and brand activation for a B2B event presence
- Experience building a content programme or format from zero across multiple European markets
- Experience working across multiple European markets with local stakeholders
- Background in affiliate marketing, comparison shopping, or CSS-adjacent businesses
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms, Figma, GA4
- Additional European languages
