About the Role
This is a build role. As VP of People, you'll partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to own the operating system that lets the business scale with speed, clarity, and high standards. You'll have real accountability for how the company grows and performs.

- People strategy tied directly to business growth and org evolution
- Org design, decision rights, and clear ownership structures
- Performance systems where expectations are transparent and outcomes are visible
- Leadership development — building leaders who can scale teams and operate independently
- Talent density — continuously raising the bar as the company scales

- A team spanning People, HR, Talent, and Facilities
Qualifications
- Experienced People leader who has scaled technology organizations through growth
Required Skills
- Strong point of view on org design, performance, and leadership
- Comfortable operating as a business leader, not a support function
- Direct, clear, and able to influence at the executive level
- Focused on outcomes, not process
Pay range and compensation package
- Location: Los Angeles (3-4 days in office)
