HR Business Partner
Your Main Responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent within the supported area. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
– Partners with leaders to identify and implement people strategies and solutions to meet the needs of the business.
– Drives Human Resources goals and objectives in partnership with business leaders.
– Responsible for workforce planning, job analysis, compensation delivery, career counseling, performance management and succession planning for related customer groups.
– Works collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Services (HR Operations) and Organization Development COE’s, to drive various HR processes.
– Provides counsel to all levels of the workforce regarding performance improvement and career development.
– Manages employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
– Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, hiring managers and Total Rewards to identify talent to fill our open positions.
– Works with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, and increase productivity and retention
– Ensures data accuracy within the HR systems for assigned client group.
What You Bring
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or related field required.
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or Business is preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in a Human Resources environment.
- The preferred candidate needs to demonstrate highest level of Customer Orientation and Result Orientation. We need a candidate who maintains a high level of energy, with well-developed influencing skills. A practical style with a focus on People Strategies and HR operations, the candidate should demonstrate creative problem-solving skills and be a prudent risk taker with the backbone to “push back” when it’s in the best interest of the business.
- Pragmatic work experience with the Senior Management team in a rapidly changing and complex work environment is preferred with an eye toward simplification and challenging the status quo.
Travel: Up to 10% travel.

Base Salary $127,100 - $140,200
The above represents the typical salary range for this position. Revisions to the range may be considered based on your experience, education, location, demonstrated skills, and alignment with business priorities. Please note that the compensation listed reflects only base salary and does not include variable incentives or benefits. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on performance.
