We are currently seeking an Onboarding Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is fully remote. Details for the position are as follows:

Job Description:

Pay: $42 - 47.59/hr (W2)
Fully remote role (full-time, 40 hours/week with standard 9AM - 5PM hours)
8-month assignment with potential for extension based on performance and continued need
You will own end-to-end onboarding for regional merchants, ensuring a smooth launch and successful first 30 days on the clients’ platform
You will manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients and integration partners, maintaining strong external relationships
You will track progress across onboarding workflows, resolve blockers, and coordinate with internal teams (Catalog, integration partners, etc.)
You will participate in recurring calls with partners to review pipeline status and outstanding tasks

Qualifications:

1 - 2 years of experience in project management or customer success (client-facing experience required)
Strong experience with customer onboarding and account coordination
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
Highly organized with strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salesforce experience preferred
