Director / Head of Finance Operations | Amsterdam 🇳🇱 | Global Leadership Opportunity
A leading international tech-driven organisation is seeking an experienced finance leader to oversee large-scale Finance Operations across multiple countries and entities.
This role will take ownership of global Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations, driving operational excellence, standardisation, transformation, and process optimisation across the finance function.
Key focus areas include:
🔹 Leading multinational finance operations teams across R2R, O2C & P2P
🔹 Driving finance transformation, shared services & centralisation initiatives
🔹 Improving month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations & reporting quality
🔹 Ensuring strong statutory compliance, audit readiness & internal controls
🔹 Partnering with Financial Controllers and senior stakeholders globally
🔹 Enhancing finance processes through automation, digitalisation & data-driven improvements
🔹 Building scalable, efficient operating models within a fast-paced international environment
🔹 Leading and mentoring high-performing global teams
Ideal background:
✔ Extensive experience leading complex multi-country finance operations
✔ Strong expertise across accounting operations, controllership & audit
✔ Proven success in finance transformation and shared services environments
✔ Experience operating within large multinational or high-growth organisations
