Sales Development Representative - Clarus WMS
Location: Amsterdam region - hybrid / remote

Clarus WMS is hiring a Sales Development Representative to own outbound pipeline generation across Benelux and parts of Europe.
We are a fast-growing SaaS WMS company expanding across Europe. This role is focused on doing one thing well - creating qualified pipeline through disciplined outbound work. You will work closely with the GTM Manager and Head of Sales - Benelux, with a clear progression path to Account Executive.
What You Will Do
- Run targeted outbound across calls, email and LinkedIn
- Speak directly with senior decision-makers in logistics and supply chain
- Qualify opportunities and book high-quality discovery meetings
- Maintain clean CRM data and manage follow-ups and re-engagements
- Feed market insight back into messaging and targeting
What we are looking for
- 2 - 3 years in an SDR, BDR, recruitment or similar outbound role
- Proven ability to book meetings with mid-to-senior stakeholders
- Native Dutch and fluent English - required
- Comfortable in a fast-moving SaaS environment
- Based in the Netherlands and able to attend Amsterdam team days
- Experience with Zoho, Apollo or LinkedIn Sales Navigator - a plus
