About The Role
- Provide support the Executive Recruitment team in scheduling complex interview, including in-person, remote and panel interviews with participants in in different geographies
- Ensure all invites and confirmations are sent
- Update the Workday system and interview tracker spreadsheets
- Provide travel booking support for candidates where required Room bookings for in person interviews
- Available to meet and greet candidates in person if required
- Ensure candidate background check processes are initiated, monitored and completed
- Provide schedules and updates on candidate progress through interviews and background check processes
Who You Are
- Experience in HR or Recruitment managing interview coordination and background check processes, ideally for senior level executives.
- Experience working with Workday (ideal) or other ATS'/Recruitment systems
- Experience developing reports and presentations is advantageous
- To work to set time frames for daily and weekly deadlines and have attention to detail
- To be meticulous, pro-active, with sharp attention to detail
- To bring excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management
- Ensure correct data is maintained in recruitment systems through regular auditing and archiving
- Assist consultants with the coordination of interviews and meetings to be set up team interviews and management
- Gain a strong understanding of the Robert Walters remit within the client and work as an active team player in the team in achieving objectives and exceeding expectations
- Understanding of and work to all SLAs pertaining to the role
- Ad hoc projects as required
