A fast-growing, global technology company is seeking a polished and motivated individual to join its People team as an Administrative Assistant. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with 0 to 2 years of professional experience who is looking to build a strong foundation at the start of their career.
This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering direct exposure to senior leadership and the chance to build hands-on experience across executive support, HR operations, and recruiting within a dynamic and growing organization.
The Role
Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this position provides administrative and operational support across leadership and HR functions, with a focus on supporting the CEO and CFO.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage complex calendaring for the CEO, including investor and internal meetings
- Provide light calendar support for the CFO
- Process expense reports in a timely manner
- Coordinate domestic travel arrangements through Navan
HR and Recruiting Operations
- Assist with onboarding processes and employee documentation in Workday
- Support interview coordination alongside AI-driven scheduling tools
- Maintain accurate and organized internal systems and workflows
Office and Administrative Support
- Manage incoming mail and deliveries
- Provide general office coordination and support
- Assist with day-to-day needs of a hybrid office environment
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 0 to 2+ years of professional experience
- Strong communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
- Proactive, resourceful, and eager to take ownership
- Interest in building a career in HR, People Operations
