About The Role We are looking for a high-trust, high-output Chief of Staff to work directly with our Founding team. This is not a “take notes and follow up” role—this is an intense, hands-on operator position. You will turn chaos into operating cadence, fix broken processes, and own cross-functional execution across the company. The right person is sharp enough to sit in on strategy, practical enough to fix the execution afterward, and intense enough to keep moving when problems are ambiguous.
What You’ll Own:
- Founder Leverage & Operating Rhythm: Build lightweight systems for goals, deadlines, metrics, and weekly execution to reduce founder drag.
- Internal Automation: Identify manual work across the company and build AI-native workflows to scale our internal operations.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Drive complex, ambiguous special projects from inception to deployment across sales, implementation, and customer operations.
Who You Are:
- You have 4+ years of experience in startups, top-tier consulting, banking, BizOps, strategy, or founder-facing roles. (Experience at Y Combinator companies is a strong plus).
- You have worked in a high-growth, low-process environment before.
- You are not intimidated by complex enterprise operations, messy data, or incomplete information.
- You are an "AI-native" operator who actively uses modern tools to produce significantly more output than a normal operator.
- You have unusually high follow-through, do not need clean swim lanes, and are willing to do unglamorous work if it is the highest-leverage thing to do
