Due to business expansion, GOFO is offering an opportunity for the position of IT Support in our Office located in Amsterdam.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Support: Maintain office and warehouse hardware (PCs, network, printers) to ensure stable operations and provide rapid technical troubleshooting.
2. System Support: Deliver support for internal software, manage user requirements, and provide staff training to improve the system experience.
3. Business Coordination: Support business workflows through system testing and act as the technical liaison with the China-based IT team for updates and integrations.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science and automation or other related major.
2. 1+ years of experience in technical support or system maintenance.
3. Fluent Mandarin and English are mandatory; Dutch skills are preferred.
4. Familiar with office equipment, network systems, printer maintenance, and basic network security.
5. Strong proficiency in hardware troubleshooting, network systems, and managing internal software or API integrations.
