Lead the AI transformation of an established financial software company.
This is more than a technology leadership role. You'll define the AI strategy, inspire engineering teams, and shape the future of a product portfolio spanning cloud modernisation, SaaS and AI-native products.
What you'll do
- Lead the adoption of AI, LLMs and AI agents across the software development lifecycle.
- Own the technology roadmap for multiple products, balancing legacy modernisation, cloud transformation and AI innovation.
- Coach and grow a high-performing engineering team, creating an AI-first culture.
- Bridge business strategy and technical execution, making bold decisions that drive innovation.
What you'll bring
- Experience leading software engineering teams through large-scale technology transformation.
- Hands-on expertise with Azure, .NET, cloud architecture and modern engineering practices.
- Proven experience with Generative AI, LLMs and AI agents.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to inspire teams and deliver results.
- Fluency in Dutch and English
