About the Role

Onsite Field Services Technicians provide hands-on end‑user IT support at corporate locations as part of managed services operations. They deliver timely, reliable assistance for hardware, connectivity, and infrastructure issues requiring in‑person or advanced remote troubleshooting.

Responsibilities:

Hardware Support

Physical setup and configuration of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and office equipment.
Diagnose and repair hardware issues, including component replacements (hard drives, memory, monitors).

Device Refresh & Replacement

Manage refresh cycles, deploy new devices, and retrieve retired equipment.

IMAC Services

Perform Install, Move, Add, Change tasks for hardware and software.

Customer Interaction

Represent IT professionally and communicate clearly with end users.
Maintain service records and update tickets in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Microsoft products and IT Service Management processes.
