Diptyque: Luxury Fragrance House has established itself as one of the most renowned, leading fragrance houses within the luxury market today. Founded in 1961, the Maison is known for its mix of iconic scented candles, personal fragrances, bath and body products, and home décor. Its flagship boutique is in Paris' 5th arrondissement at 34 Boulevard Saint Germain.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to manage and support various aspects of human resources operations, including HRIS management, recruitment, reporting, and onboarding processes. This role will serve as the backbone of our HR team, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows across employee lifecycle management, recruitment, and reporting. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a passion for delivering a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Management:
- Serve as the primary administrator for the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, including employee records, system updates, and compliance documentation
- Process employee changes (e.g., promotions, transfers, terminations) in the HRIS system and communicate changes to relevant departments.
- Generate and maintain regular HR reports, including headcount, turnover, and compliance tracking.
- Draft and distribute offer letters, employment contracts, and pre-employment documents
- Partner with IT and Operations to manage onboarding needs (e.g., equipment setup, system access)
HR support:
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires
- Conduct new hire orientations and assist with system setup and training
- Manage exit interviews and offboarding workflows, ensuring all tasks (e.g., IT access removal, final pay) are completed promptly
- Generate and analyze HR data reports, providing insights to support decision-making
- Create quarterly reports for employee data and ad hoc reports as needed
- Partner with HRBP`s to ensure compliance with state and local law and support rollout of new process, policies and trainings as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS and ATS systems; experience with [insert specific systems if applicable] is a plus.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with reporting tools.
- Experience with IT onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Salary Range: $60,000 to $65,000
