Senior Benefits Analyst | Hybrid
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
• Administer and maintain US retirement plans, including funding, file uploads, audits, and compliance monitoring.
• Manage vendor relationships and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for various benefit administrators.
• Oversee the benefits compliance calendar, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex benefit inquiries, resolving issues within program parameters.
• Lead the integration of benefits for acquired companies into existing plans.
• Manage Leave and ADA requests, ensuring legal compliance.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least four years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Knowledge of applicable benefit laws and regulations (e.g., COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems is preferred.
