Position Overview:
The HR Generalist is responsible for handling day‑to‑day HR operations, supporting employee life‑cycle activities, and ensuring HR policies and practices are followed across the organization. This role works closely with employees and management to support a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Support employee relations by addressing queries and concerns.
- Administer performance management processes and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Coordinate HR activities such as training, events, and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and support audits when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
