A growing professional services organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a high-performing Talent team. Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a key role in supporting recruiting operations, onboarding, and talent initiatives. This is a hands-on position responsible for ensuring a seamless candidate and new hire experience, while partnering closely with HR and Talent leadership.
This role supports a variety of recruiting functions, including professional staff, early career, and lateral hiring, and collaborates cross-functionally across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
- Manage background check processes and pre-employment requirements
- Facilitate onboarding logistics, including new hire setup and documentation
- Complete and manage I-9 verifications in compliance with federal regulations
- Provide administrative and project support to Talent and HR leadership
- Assist with recruitment initiatives across various hiring pipelines (e.g., professional staff, campus recruiting, lateral hiring)
- Support training and development programs and internal talent initiatives
- Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across talent processes
- Maintain accurate records and tracking within HR systems
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support (4 years max)
- Experience within a professional services environment strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High level of professionalism, polish, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated interest in human resources, talent acquisition, or professional development
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Team & Structure
- Reports to the HR Director
- Works closely with Talent Acquisition and Legal Recruiting leadership
- Collaborates cross-functionally with HR, training, and business teams
- Part of a cohesive, highly collaborative HR/Talent function
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $65,000 – $75,000
- Bonus and profit-sharing eligibility
