- Develop scalable frameworks to support growth from ~30 to ~100 employees
Employee Experience & Culture
- Shape and reinforce company culture during a high-growth phase
- Act as a trusted resource for employee relations and coaching
- Lead engagement initiatives and feedback loops
Performance & Talent Management
- Implement performance management processes and career development frameworks
- Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning
Total Rewards & Compliance
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ongoing enhancements (including upcoming healthcare revamp)
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and best practices (multi-state exposure is a plus)
Recruiting Support (as needed)
- Collaborate with external recruiting partners and internal stakeholders
- Provide coordination and operational support to hiring processes
What They're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in HR / People Operations (startup experience strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to build or scale HR functions, processes, or programs
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on approach
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines (generalist background)
- Recruiting exposure is a plus, but not required
If you’re excited about building something from the ground up and shaping the employee experience at a fast-growing AI company, this is a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact.
