The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Recruiting & HR Coordinator to support hiring and HR operations during a critical growth period while the Director of HR is out on maternity leave.
This role will start as part-time (20-30 hours per week) with a clear path to full-time conversion based on performance and business needs.
This is an execution-focused role ideal for someone earlier in their career who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow into recruiting and HR. You will work closely with the Director of HR and receive hands-on coaching and development.
We are specifically looking for someone who is a self-starter, highly adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly.
What You’ll Do
Recruiting Support
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Review resumes and support initial candidate outreach
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling across multiple stakeholders
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and trackers
- Ensure a smooth, timely, and professional candidate experience
HR & Administrative Support
- Assist with offer letter coordination and onboarding (Rippling)
- Support HR processes such as:
- Employment verifications
- I-9 coordination
- HR inbox triage and routing
- Help maintain internal documentation and processes
Cross-Functional Support
- Support hiring across:
- Engineering
- Product, Customer Success, and Operations
- Adapt quickly to changing hiring priorities

Qualifications
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or coordination roles
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or strong interest in sourcing
- Exposure to an ATS or HRIS (Rippling preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Additional Notes
- This role is expected to start part-time and may transition to full-time based on performance and company needs
