Digital Talent Coordinator (Beauty & Fashion)
Location: LA | Hybrid
Our client is looking for a Digital Talent Coordinator to support their talent team across creator management, brand partnerships, and digital strategy. This role is ideal for someone with a background or strong interest in PR, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or creative strategy, who thrives in fast-paced, culture-driven environments.
You’ll be hands-on with creator campaigns, talent communications, and internal coordination - playing a key role in helping their creators grow their brands while delivering best-in-class partnerships for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a day-to-day support contact for assigned creators
- Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and ongoing talent communications
- Help manage creator calendars, deadlines, deliverables, and approvals
- Support the execution of brand partnerships from pitch to post-campaign wrap
- Assist with outreach, proposals, and campaign prep
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative concepts and campaign ideas
- Support talent managers and leadership with research and reporting
- Stay up to date on trends across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and social platforms
MAIN REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in PR, influencer marketing or brand partnerships (preferably within beauty or fashion)
- Strong interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and creator culture
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
- Social media savvy with a pulse on trends and platforms
- Creative thinker with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
