Title: HR Data Coordinator / Assistant
Length of Contract: 03- 6 months with possibility of extension.
- Role is 100% on-site

- On-site role simplifies equipment ordering and management
Core Responsibilities (Day-to-Day)
HR Data & Payroll Support
Audit payroll records for accuracy Enter payroll-related inputs (attendance, FMLA tracking, reporting)
Support payroll processes without final processing authority
HR Administration
Prepare HR correspondence
Maintain personnel files and I‑9 documentation
Respond to basic employee HR questions (vacation balance, attendance points, HR processes)
Serve as HR lead for site engagement committee (~10 members)
Support and coordinate multiple monthly engagement activities
Coordinate logistics for VIP visits
- Arrange catering, office readiness, vendor and janitorial coordination
- Manage day‑of event logistics
- Overall role described as a hybrid HR Data Assistant / Office Assistant
Required / Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with Kronos, especially payroll-related functionality, strongly preferred
- Background in leading or supporting large-scale engagement initiatives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills:
- First point of contact for employee walk‑ups
- Ability to handle questions professionally and tactfully
- Experience managing or working with committees or cross‑functional groups
- High attention to detail and comfort with process-driven work
Interview Process
