Job Summary
We're looking for a proactive, highly organized Human Resources Specialist to support our leadership team and core HR functions. This role combines recruitment, administrative coordination, and stakeholder outreach, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
The role will take ownership of hiring processes, operational coordination, and communication across candidates, vendors, and internal teams, with a strong focus on technical hiring in the energy and power sector.
HR Coordination & Technical Recruitment
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination
- Source and recruit candidates for technical roles
- Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
- Use LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks to identify and engage specialized talent
- Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HR systems
- Execute onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR initiatives
Operations & Administrative Support
- Handle day-to-day administrative coordination for leadership
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence
- Act as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders
Cold Calling & Outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, especially in technical domains
- Follow up consistently to ensure smooth communication and engagement
- Support business outreach initiatives when required
Additional Responsibilities
- Execute cross-functional projects across HR, operations, and sales
- Identify and implement improvements in internal processes and efficiency
-Take ownership of ad-hoc tasks in a dynamic work environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in HR, technical recruitment (preferably in the energy/power sector), and operations
- Strong understanding of technical roles within the power and energy industry
- Strong communication skills (spoken & written English)
- Highly organized with strong multitasking ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Must have hands-on experience with HR tools (Zoho, BambooHR, Workday, or similar ATS/HRMS systems)
