About the Opportunity:
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support recruiting, HR operations, and office administration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities, and interacting with both candidates and internal teams.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience across HR functions while contributing to a collaborative and team-oriented workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate full-cycle recruiting activities including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
Partner with hiring managers to support hiring needs for both hourly and salaried roles
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate records
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
Support HR programs, compliance efforts, and reporting
Coordinate office operations, events, and facility-related needs
Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and communications
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or administrative support
Manufacturing environment experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems
Experience supporting technical recruiting is a plus
Additional Details:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM schedule
