Senior Benefits Analyst | Hybrid
We're currently seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst for a leading medical device company. The Role
• Maintain and administer US retirement plans, including funding, audits, and compliance.
• Efficiently manage vendors and Service Level Agreements for various benefits functions.
• Prepare and monitor the compliance calendar for all benefits, ensuring timely completion.
• Serve as an escalation point for Tier 2 benefits inquiries, providing guidance and resolution.
• Lead the integration of M&A benefits into current benefit plans.
• Manage Leave and ADA requests, ensuring compliance with state and federal laws.
What You'll Need
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least four years of Human Resources experience with employee benefits and wellness programs.
• Deep knowledge and experience with 401(k) plan administration and compliance.
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable benefit laws and regulations (COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ADA, FMLA).
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and confidentiality skills.
