Global Head of Sales
We are partnering with a high-growth, internationally recognised consumer brand to appoint a Global Head of Sales.
This is a pivotal executive leadership role, responsible for shaping and delivering the global commercial agenda across EMEA, the US and APAC, driving both scale and profitability across a complex, multi-channel environment.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a global sales organisation and take full ownership of global revenue performance, channel strategy and execution.
The Opportunity:
- This role sits at the centre of the business’ next phase of growth — evolving the global sales model, strengthening key partnerships, and building scalable capabilities across:
- Direct-to-consumer (DTC)
- Retail (including major global accounts)
- Marketplaces
- Distribution networks
- You will play a critical role in accelerating growth, improving margins, and embedding best-in-class commercial discipline across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the global sales P&L, driving sustainable revenue growth and margin expansion
- Lead and develop a high-performing international sales team across multiple regions
- Define and execute a globally aligned go-to-market strategy, tailored to regional dynamics
- Build and deepen relationships with major global retailers, marketplaces and strategic partners
- Partner closely with the CEO and Marketing to align brand, product and commercial strategy
- Drive data-led decision making, including forecasting, demand planning and performance optimisation
Candidate Profile:
- Proven senior sales leadership experience in a global B2C environment
- Demonstrated success operating across EMEA, US and APAC, with full channel complexity (DTC, retail, marketplace, distribution)
- Deep experience managing global key accounts and leading high-value, enterprise-level negotiations
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of delivering consistent, scalable growth
- Ability to operate at pace in a dynamic environment, building a performance-driven, low-politics culture
Critical Requirement:
- Background in consumer electronics or closely related consumer technology hardware is essential
- Track record of driving global sales growth, market share gains and margin improvement within relevant categories
