Ninepine - Sales Assistant
Ninepine is a fast-growing affordable premium brand from Stockholm (Sweden), built on the idea of the luxury of comfort. Known for our cult-followed Asana line and our much loved comfort denim, we are now scaling into retail globally.

With a loyal community and a strong digital presence, we are now scaling our retail presence globally. In March, we are opening our first store in Amsterdam, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Assistant to take part in this exciting journey. With strong online sales already in the Netherlands and thousands of customers within walking distance of our Amsterdam store, this is your chance to be part of our team.
Your role
You will play a central role in Ninepine helping with daily operations with a clear focus on customer experience.
Your key responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to grow sales, build customer loyalty, and deliver outstanding customer experience
- Guiding and advising our customers
- Take part to the store day-to-day operations
- Ensure premium visual merchandising and store presentation
- Manage stock levels and inventory accuracy
- Work with cash register and payment systems with careful attention to security
- Act as Ninepine’s local ambassador, ensuring the store reflects our brand values and design ethos
Who we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, preferably within premium retail
- Passionate about creating exceptional customer experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to connect with customers and team
- Curious and open with a hands-on and solution-focused approach
- Fluent in English and Dutch, with experience in POS systems
- Comfortable working weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed
- Excited about Ninepine’s brand
