Our client, a v. fast-growing HR Tech SaaS scale-up, are looking for a hungry, driven Account Executive to join their team in Amsterdam. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and being part of a fast-moving team that's heavily investing in its go-to-market engine - this is your seat.
The Role
You'll join a two-person sales team and own a full closing cycle - from warm inbound leads through to signed deals. Around 60-70% of your pipeline will come inbound, with 30-40% generated through outbound activity. You'll work on both new logos and upsell opportunities within our existing customer base.
Expect a 1-2 month sales cycle, a target of 4 deals per month, and a company that's actively investing in inbound lead generation to help you hit that number!
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and closing a pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities
- Targeting mid-size companies - entrepreneurial businesses where you can have a real impact
- Upselling and expanding relationships with existing customers
- Using HubSpot to manage your pipeline and activity
- Staying sharp on new sales tools and AI-powered workflows
Who we're looking for:
- Extremely driven and hungry - you want to grow and you want to win
- Naturally extroverted - you build rapport quickly and people enjoy talking to you
- Coachable - you take feedback well and apply it fast
- Genuinely curious about AI tools and the future of sales technology
- 0–2 years of sales experience (full-cycle AE or strong SDR/BDR background welcome)
- Comfortable targeting mid-market companies - not big tech, but entrepreneurial businesses that move fast
