We are currently looking for experienced Deskside Support Engineers to support an immediate customer requirement across Europe.

π Role Overview:
You will be responsible for delivering onsite IT support, ensuring smooth operations of end-user systems and infrastructure.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide onsite deskside/technical support
β’ Troubleshoot hardware & software issues
β’ Support Windows 10/11 environments (MCSA level)
β’ Manage Active Directory (user accounts, access)
β’ Work with Microsoft Intune for device management
β’ Handle basic networking issues
β’ Manage incidents via ticketing tools
β’ Escalate complex issues when needed

Requirements:
β’ 3+ years of deskside/technical support experience
β’ Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory & Intune
β’ Understanding of networking fundamentals
β’ Fluent in English + local language (German/Dutch/Swedish)
β’ Strong communication & problem-solving skills
β’ π KΓΆln role requires a valid driving license & own vehicle
