What You'll Do
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of professional positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to identify top talent.
- Create and manage job postings across multiple recruiting platforms and social media channels.
- Coordinate interviews and provide a seamless candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Guide candidates through the offer process and assist with negotiations when appropriate.
- Maintain recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within the applicant tracking system.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
- Continuously identify new sourcing strategies and recruiting best practices to attract high-quality talent.
- Support additional talent acquisition and HR initiatives as the team continues to grow.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
