Your Role
The VP, Human Resources Business Partner - Brands serves as the strategic HR leader for Victoria's Secret, PINK, and Beauty lines of business. Partnering directly with the Brand Presidents, this role helps ensure each brand organization has the leadership, talent, structure, and culture needed to deliver business performance while also strengthening effectiveness across the cross-functional teams that support each brand.
The role plays a critical part in driving organizational effectiveness across merchandising, product creation, design, sourcing, planning, marketing, and other functions that come together to serve the customer and execute brand strategies.
As a member of the HR Leadership Team, this role partners closely with business leaders to align people strategies with business priorities, ensuring the organization has the leadership, capabilities, structure, and culture required to achieve its objectives. The HRBP provides counsel on talent planning, organizational design, leadership effectiveness, succession, change management, and team performance while helping leaders navigate growth, transformation, and evolving business needs.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape and execute business strategies through people and organizational solutions.
- Translate business priorities into talent, organization, and workforce strategies that drive performance and growth.
- Influence leadership teams on organizational, talent, and leadership decisions.
- Foster strong partnerships across functions to support enterprise alignment and collaboration.
Organization Effectiveness
- Assess organizational health, effectiveness, structure, and operating models.
- Partner with leaders to improve organizational performance, accountability, and ways of working.
- Guide organization design and operating model decisions that support business priorities.
- Facilitate leadership team effectiveness and cross-functional collaboration.
Talent & Leadership
- Lead talent planning, succession planning, and leadership development efforts.
- Identify critical capabilities and build plans to strengthen organizational bench strength.
- Support leaders in building high-performing teams and driving a culture of accountability.
- Partner on executive coaching, leadership effectiveness, and performance management.
Culture & Change
- Champion Victoria's Secret & Co.'s Culture Code and leadership expectations.
- Lead organizational change efforts and support leaders through transformation.
- Leverage associate feedback, workforce data, and business insights to inform people priorities.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated talent and people solutions.

Minimum Salary: $230,000.00
Maximum Salary: $326,025.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
- Proven success partnering with senior executives and cross functional leadership teams.
- Deep expertise in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, succession planning, and change leadership.
- Strong business acumen and ability to connect people strategies to business outcomes.
- Excellent executive presence, influencing, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to navigate complexity and balance enterprise priorities with business-specific needs.
- Retail, consumer, multi-brand, or customer-centric business experience preferred.
