As the business continues to expand, the company is looking for an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across the United States. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded HR leader who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution.

Your Role:
Reporting into senior leadership and partnering closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will take ownership of the full HR agenda across the United States.
You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business priorities into practical people strategies across workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership
- Partner with senior leadership to align the regional people strategy with business objectives.
- Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent priorities, and change initiatives.
- Lead succession planning and support the development of strong leadership pipelines.
- Adapt and implement global HR programs and best practices across the US organization.
- Provide practical, commercially focused guidance on complex people matters.
Talent Acquisition and Development
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels within the region.
- Partner with managers to define workforce needs and build effective hiring plans.
- Design and coordinate learning, leadership, and employee development initiatives.
- Manage the performance cycle, including goal setting, feedback, development planning, and career progression.
- Identify capability gaps and develop solutions that support current and future business needs.
Culture and Employee Eperience
- Help build an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance working environment.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and translate feedback into meaningful action plans.
- Coach managers on leadership, performance, and employee relations.
- Manage employee relations matters fairly, consistently, and in line with company values and legal requirements.
- Support internal communication, employee events, and initiatives that strengthen connection across the organization.
HR Operations, compensation and analytics
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations across the United States.
- Coordinate payroll administration, employee benefits, HR systems, and employee records.
- Ensure HR data and documentation remain accurate, consistent, and up to date.
- Develop HR reporting and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
- Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Partner with external suppliers and service providers as required.
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment legislation across multiple US jurisdictions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
- Conduct periodic HR audits and address any identified risks or gaps.
- Promote consistent and effective application of company policies across the region.
- Monitor legislative developments and advise the business on their practical implications.
What we'ew looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including several years as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Regional HR leader.
- Demonstrated experience supporting employees and operations across multiple US states.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment legislation.
- Experience managing payroll coordination, employee benefits, and HRIS platforms.
- Proven experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development.
- Strong analytical capabilities and experience using HR metrics to guide business decisions.
- Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Confidence working with senior leaders in a changing and commercially driven environment.
- Ability to move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
