As the business continues to expand, the company is looking for an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across the United States. This is a high-impact opportunity for a commercially minded HR leader who enjoys working closely with senior stakeholders while remaining actively involved in day-to-day execution.

Operating in an international, collaborative, and fast-paced environment, you will help shape the people agenda for the region and build the structures, capabilities, and culture required to support the company’s next stage of growth.

Your Role:

Reporting into senior leadership and partnering closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will take ownership of the full HR agenda across the United States.

You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating business priorities into practical people strategies across workforce planning, talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, compensation, HR operations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Partnership

Partner with senior leadership to align the regional people strategy with business objectives.
Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent priorities, and change initiatives.
Lead succession planning and support the development of strong leadership pipelines.
Adapt and implement global HR programs and best practices across the US organization.
Provide practical, commercially focused guidance on complex people matters.

Talent Acquisition and Development

Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions and levels within the region.
Partner with managers to define workforce needs and build effective hiring plans.
Design and coordinate learning, leadership, and employee development initiatives.
Manage the performance cycle, including goal setting, feedback, development planning, and career progression.
Identify capability gaps and develop solutions that support current and future business needs.

Culture and Employee Eperience

Help build an engaging, inclusive, and high-performance working environment.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and translate feedback into meaningful action plans.
Coach managers on leadership, performance, and employee relations.
Manage employee relations matters fairly, consistently, and in line with company values and legal requirements.
Support internal communication, employee events, and initiatives that strengthen connection across the organization.

HR Operations, compensation and analytics

Oversee day-to-day HR operations across the United States.
Coordinate payroll administration, employee benefits, HR systems, and employee records.
Ensure HR data and documentation remain accurate, consistent, and up to date.
Develop HR reporting and workforce analytics to support business decisions.
Support the design and implementation of competitive compensation structures.
Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis.
Partner with external suppliers and service providers as required.

Compliance and Governance

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment legislation across multiple US jurisdictions.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee documentation.
Conduct periodic HR audits and address any identified risks or gaps.
Promote consistent and effective application of company policies across the region.
Monitor legislative developments and advise the business on their practical implications.

What we'ew looking for:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
At least 8 years of progressive HR experience, including several years as an HR Business Partner, HR Manager, or Regional HR leader.
Demonstrated experience supporting employees and operations across multiple US states.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment legislation.
Experience managing payroll coordination, employee benefits, and HRIS platforms.
Proven experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and organizational development.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience using HR metrics to guide business decisions.
Excellent communication, coaching, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
Confidence working with senior leaders in a changing and commercially driven environment.
Ability to move comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
