Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Dallas, TX

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Compensation: $125,000–$145,000 annually
Bonus: Discretionary annual performance bonus
Position Overview
Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join a growing organization in Dallas, TX. This strategic HR role partners closely with business leaders to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and HR initiatives that support business objectives.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, strong employee relations expertise, and a proven ability to influence leaders, manage organizational change, and lead high-impact HR projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnership & Strategy
- Partner with leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Build strong relationships across assigned business units.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support business transformation.
- Drive HR projects from strategy through implementation.
Employee Relations & Talent Management
- Serve as the primary HR partner for employee relations matters, investigations, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Advise leaders on performance management, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies.
- Support compensation planning, employee engagement, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Coach managers on best practices for leading high-performing teams.
HR Operations & Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve HR programs, processes, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Shared Services HR and cross-functional teams to implement people initiatives.
- Support organizational design, change management, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and organizational best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- 5+ years of employee relations experience, including coaching managers and conducting investigations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience leading organizational change and process improvement initiatives.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work onsite in Dallas, TX five days per week.
