HR Business Partner & Administrative (North America)

Location: Dallas, USA

Job Responsibilities

North America HR System Development & Implementation: Collaborate with the corporate HR team to lead the design, establishment and refinement of a full-suite local HR system covering all modules across the US, Canada and other regions, and ensure the effective implementation of corporate HR policies in local markets.
HR Support for North America Business Teams: Understand business unit requirements, participate in departmental management, and provide HR solutions including talent inventory, recruitment, development & training, and performance management.
Compliance System Establishment & Optimization: Develop HR policies and processes that comply with local laws and regulations, and conduct ongoing management of compliance risks.
Employee Relations Management: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, role transitions, transfers and off boarding) for local staff. Conduct regular employee communications to gather feedback and drive employee engagement.
Administrative Operations & Management: Assist local teams with daily administrative support tasks, and collaborate with the corporate administration team to establish and improve local administrative support systems.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Accurately communicate corporate strategies to local teams and relay local feedback to headquarters. Facilitate cross-cultural communication and collaboration to support the development of the company’s global team culture.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above; background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related fields is preferred.
Minimum 5 years of overseas HR experience, with in-depth expertise in US labor laws, social security systems and employment compliance processes.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English; proficiency in English as a working language is preferred.
Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and thrive in the fast-paced, high-growth environment of a startup.
Candidates with experience in tech hardware companies or supporting Chinese enterprises in overseas expansion are preferred.
