Vertical is building the next generation talent agency.
We believe creators are becoming the next media companies, and the firms that win won't simply negotiate deals.. they'll shape industries through relationships, technology, and category expertise.
Unlike most talent firms, we build our own software. You'll work with proprietary tools that automate campaign management, buyer intelligence, and creator operations, allowing our team to spend more time building relationships instead of managing spreadsheets.
We currently specialize in food and pet creators, representing talent that reaches tens of millions of people every month across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
We're looking for a Talent Coordinator who wants to become an agent. This isn't an operations role disguised as one. It's an apprenticeship in talent representation.
What you will do
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, and creators from day one
- Coordinate brand partnerships from signed contract through campaign completion
- Support negotiations by preparing rate proposals, contracts, and deal terms
- Learn how usage rights, exclusivity, licensing, and pricing actually work
- Travel to creator shoots, industry events, and brand activations
- Sit in on negotiations and client calls with senior agents
- Use our internal technology to manage campaigns, contracts, and buyer relationships
- Gradually take ownership over creators and grow into an agent role

- $45,000–$75,000 based on experience
- An in-person role based on 5th Avenue in Midtown Manhattan
