IT Support Engineer:
For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer for a long contract based in Amsterdam.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incident queues, triage L1/L2 support tickets, and escalate complex issues to Tier 3 or vendors.
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, VPN, email, and other end-user applications.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain IT assets, including hardware provisioning and software imaging for new employees.
- Perform routine system administration, server maintenance, firewall updates, and network configuration tasks.
- Maintain IT documentation, knowledge base articles, and enforce IT security and compliance standards.
- Prepare reports on ticket resolution, SLA compliance, customer satisfaction, and support team performance.
