What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats, alerts, and security incidents across the organization.
- Administer and enhance security tools, technologies, and monitoring platforms to protect critical business systems.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation activities with internal stakeholders.
- Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure system configurations, access controls, and network protections.
- Perform security reviews, risk assessments, and compliance-related activities to strengthen the organization's security posture.
- Assist with incident response planning, testing, documentation, and post-incident analysis.
- Stay current on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and best practices, recommending improvements as needed.
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated knowledge of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and security best practices.
- Ability to analyze security events, identify potential threats, and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience working with security technologies such as GRC Tools, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, or identity and access management tools.
- Understanding of network, cloud, infrastructure, and application security concepts.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed on evolving cybersecurity trends and technologies.
